I know it feels like you're 'just' sharing an opinion (or, lord help us, a 'fact'), but if you consider the externalities—i.e. the effect on the culture when many people post this way—the expected value of posts like this is super negative for everybody—including yourself—since over time it makes the commons nasty and lame.
