I do want to visit Taft Point this year (when Glacier Point Road opens)

It's close to Sentinel Dome, which is home for the "High Sierra" webcam.

The cameras have been upgraded in recent times, and the "El Capitan" camera (on Turtleback, near Tunnel View) shows star photos at night.

I have to drive to Mammoth in late May, from SF. Hoping that 120 will be open by then!
