Have you ever had to deal with a team member who is not necessarily the smartest, but definitely owns the loudest voice and biggest mouth. The nut would blabber about his accomplishments with minimum tolerance for what others have to offer. Soon hardly anybody is speaking in the meeting ...
This is an adhoc team without predefined hierarchy and would be a short lived project. For a longer run, I'd just wait for the person to burnout ... but for now that's not an option.
