This was absolute slander, instigated by the world chess champion. Magnus Carlson and the leader ship of USCF should be ashamed of themselves. Absolutely zero evidence of cheating was found, and multiple people slandered Neimann. I wish this case had gone forward.


It sounds to me like Neimann won (as in got a nice settlement). Statements by Carlson and chess.com emphasize that he'll be allowed back and didn't find evidence of cheating


I don't know. Everyone is convinced he cheated. But if it can't be proven, then what?

It is slander obviously.
