I'm no fan of Facebook. I quit using it in September last year . But for this particular issue, inciting of hate, they are no more or less guilty than the 'traditional' tabloid press.

Look at the comment section of your local 'populist' newspaper (over here it is https://www.hln.be/) and see how hate-speech rules supreme and how sensationalist articles are milking for those comments and like.
