Agree. The same happened with Eclipse IDE

And Firefox to some extent, except they actually fixed it by requiring all addons to be reimplemented. Lesser of two evils and all that

Less related but Minecraft servers were also a plugin mess. With N plugins, similar odds for any given plugin to break across an update, and frequent updates you'd pretty much always have broken plugins.

The link should point to the (I guess) original source:

https://happyfuncorp.com/whitepapers/webthereum

Way more readable, links to github etc.,

Thank you. I wanted a downloadable version without having to sign up to Scribd or whatever it was called. This isn't a PDF or e-book, but I can easily turn it into one.

The repo https://github.com/HappyFunCorp/Webthereum has the original RTF if you just want to pull that down.

Thanks! I saw the title and the source of the post and thought "I'll bet someone has a way better link in the comments" and came straight here.

It already exists: https://tradingmotion.com

There you'll find a marketplace of 3d party trading strategies ready to use (once you pay the monthly fee that goes straight to the developer)

The API if you want to roll your own strategy is: https://sdk.tradingmotion.com

+1

http://spacedelta.com - Your own website, hassle free

* Highly engaged handful of clients * Fully automatic (demo accounts, paypal recurring payments, domain/mail purchase and association, etc.,) * Expenses ~50$ (hosting and providers) * Profits ~250$ / month (paying clients)

Website builder focused in easy of use, aiming to solve online presence for freelances and small businesses (website, email and domain).

Established since 2011, we have still some customers from the very beginning.

It's not exactly a side project, it has been an established business for the last 3 years, but we've struggled to grow it with no success.

Looking for someone that could take it to the next level.

http://sdk.tradingmotion.com a high-level API for developing automatic trading systems, with open source examples.

It is cool because it aims to democratize algorithmic trading development using a geek approach. Algos are integrated with our marketplace http://isystems.com where clients all around the world use them on real accounts for a monthly fee.

This is very cool. Algorithm trading design is a side hobby of mine, and see the value in this. Good luck with the project.

If you get in touch tyler [at] codenvy.com, we'd like to offer you a special integration for free that can help your developer-users.

This is really awesome, good job!

I've found a minor glitch. Seems that the Intellisense (auto-complete) does not work when I try to call a custom class method inline, like:

Console.WriteLine("Hello World, " + new MyClass().PrintTestSentence());

(Public methods of class "MyClass" does not show up there)

See here: http://www.dotnetfiddle.net/5oF8oR

Thanks for reporting it!

It works if you declare class first http://www.dotnetfiddle.net/IjtjcG

but not if u do initialization and call at the same time. Will take a look.

Also, "intellisense" for the "using" statement doesnt work.

Example:

   using System.
I don't get any choices...

Thx, freelanceswitch.com looks awesome, it has plenty of jobs she could apply for. We'll start there for sure
